A Few of our Friends

From age 2-21; Mustang to Georgian Grande; starting under saddle to show prep; dressage to contesting. These are just a few of the horses who have passed through our stalls on their way to a successful career.

8 year old Arabian/Paint mare. 60 day start. Suffers from hind end injury making loping overly difficult.

Phoenyx: January 2019

2 year old Georgian Grande colt. Started under saddle in 90 days.

Atlas: January 2018

12 year old grade quarter horse mare. Suffered from Ishium upslip due to past injury in left hind requiring therapy and time off. 90 total days in care of Maribeth, 60 days of training, 30 of which under saddle.

Gypsy: October 2017

6 year old off-track thoroughbred gelding. 90 day re-start.

Wilson: September 2017

10 year old off-track thoroughbred mare 30 day  re-start after a year of rehabilitation with new owner.

Ann: August 2017

3 year old grade quarter horse mare. Started under saddle in 60 days.

Emmy: July 2017

14 year old AQHA mare. 30 day tune-up.

Remi: June 2017

15 year old mare with unknown history. Potentially started under saddle for the first time with severe disrespect issues. 60 day rehabilitation.

Lilly: May 2017

Youth contesting pony. 30 day tune-up.

 Charlie: February 2017

5 year old AQHA mare who suffered from severe distrust of humans and often resorted to aggression when she became nervous. At the beginning of her training, she was nervous even walking beside a human. When turned out with other horses, she immediately resorted to aggression instead of curiosity. She kicked anything that walked behind her, and lashed out when something came near her face or mouth. She preferred to be left alone. 60 day rehabilitation.

Tess: November 2016

2 year old APHA colt started under saddle in 45 days.

Duke: September 2016

Progress of an emotionally damaged pony. Approximately 8 year old Welsh/arabian started for the very first time. Exact age and breed unknown. No previous training or desensitizing. History includes at least 4 owners and living alone in a horse trailer for a period of time which led to a lack of socialization with both humans and horses and severely imprinted with fear of humans. Moose is one of Maribeth's personal horses.

Moose: Spring 2016

2 year old grade quarter horse stallion rasied by Maribeth from a weanling. Started under saddle and riding bridleless in 90 days. Tuff will remain under Maribeth's care for the rest of his life.

Tuff: Fall 2015

10 year old ApHC mare. 30 day tune-up

Fancy: Spring 2015

Morgan/Quarter Horse mare after 16 rides over 6 months.

Ally: Spring 2015

Transformation after 19 rides over 6 months.

Remi: Winter 2014

8 year old Polish AHA gelding  45 day tune-up.

Pudge: Summer 2013

4 year old grade quarter horse gelding. 30 days of groundwork, 2nd time under saddle.
